Highly skilled and experienced Senior Navigation Engineers are required to develop cutting-edge autonomous vehicle systems.

We seek a professional with a strong background in robotics, ROS2, sensor fusion, and navigation algorithms, and hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Ros2 and Auto ware-based solutions.

This role involves designing, developing, and integrating navigation systems to enable safe and efficient operation of autonomous vehicles in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced navigation algorithms, including path planning, localization, and mapping.
  • Develop and optimize motion planning systems for dynamic obstacle avoidance and trajectory generation.
  • Integrate semantic understanding of environments into navigation systems for enhanced decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of localization techniques, including SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) and GNSS-aided navigation.
  • Proficiency in state estimation methods such as Kalman Filters (KF), Extended Kalman Filters (EKF), and Particle Filters.
  • Implement real-time sensor fusion techniques to ensure robust perception in dynamic environments.
  • Configure and customize Autoware modules for specific vehicle platforms.
  • Optimize Autoware's planning and control algorithms for real-world application.
  • Conduct simulations and real-world tests to validate navigation algorithms under various conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in autonomous navigation or robotics development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python, with a focus on ROS2 development.
