Job Title:
Financial Operations LeadAbout the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee financial activities to enable innovative technologies to reach the market. This includes managing vendor master creation, changes, verification, and cleansing as well as identifying and resolving duplicate records.
- Process invoices accurately, prioritize urgent ageing invoices, and record both purchase order-based and non-purchase order-based invoices
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues around blocked invoices and ensure timely payment and expense entries in accounting software
- Handle manual and automatic payment requests, process travel and expense claims, and verify and run payment proposals
Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing the following tasks:
- Lead Procure to Pay (P2P) team, responsible for invoice processing, vendor master management, and query resolution
- Manage vendor master creation, changes, verification, and cleansing, as well as identify and resolve duplicate records
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
- Commerce Graduate with minimum 6 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in invoice and vendor management, resolving queries, and invoice reconciliation
- Proven work knowledge to manage payment reporting and reconciliation activities
