Business Analytics Specialist

The role of Business Analytics Specialist revolves around migration of enterprise data solutions from SAP HANA to Snowflake. As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

  • This involves collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend and consolidate analytics and reporting demands.
  • Analysing feasibility studies to identify requirements.
  • Working closely with capabilities teams to pinpoint source systems, source datasets, and source tables needed to meet requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Developing detailed business requirement documents and functional design documents.
  • Performing unit testing of solutions.
  • Supporting business teams for completion of user acceptance testing.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience working on analytics-related projects and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in working closely with cross-functional teams.
