Job Description:

The role involves leveraging technical expertise to ensure efficient data migration and conversion to an organization's platform. This includes performing extract, transform, load (ETL) activities to guarantee accurate and timely data conversions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Leverage strong technical skills in data migration, scripting, and organizational management to ensure seamless data conversions.">
  • Perform ETL activities to guarantee accurate and timely data conversions.">
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to project governance.">
  • Map and maintain business requirements to the solution design using tools such as requirements traceability matrices (RTM).">
  • Present findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.">
  • Identify and document data gaps to allow change impact and downstream impact analysis to be conducted.">
  • Assess data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems to meet business objectives.">
  • Develop and implement data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between systems.">
  • Collaborate with clients and/or Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration projects.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 4+ years of experience in data migration, ETL, and data integration.">
  • Strong knowledge of ETL methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Abinitio, Dell Boomi, etc.">
  • Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.">
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and others.">
  • Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.">
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.">
  • Strong SQL scripting experience.">
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.">
