Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Helping to organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Supporting the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • Assisting with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory.
  • Must be well-settled in Bangalore and able to commute to the office within one hour.
