We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of human resources systems and experience in implementing recruitment and selection functions, as well as other HR processes. They should also possess a strong understanding of management principles and be proficient in documentation, communication, and team collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with recruitment consultants and stakeholders for recruitment and hiring functions
  • Supporting team managers to facilitate organization development activities
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures through effective interface with various stakeholders
  • Identifying training needs and organizing induction and other training programs
  • Maintaining accurate attendance and statutory records

Requirements include:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in HR information systems
