Assistant Manager Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to take ownership of the assigned coworking space and achieve monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating and closing seats.

Key objectives include building on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue, maintaining CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups, and liaising with the operations team to resolve any client issues within a specified timeframe.

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to stay up-to-date with competitor activities, launches, pricing and overall current scenario of the coworking industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Corporate Sales in Hospitality Background, preferably with experience in customer account management and thorough knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to connect with young startups, SMEs, corporates and build strong relationships.
