As a closer, you will be responsible for guiding these prospects into programs that can help them achieve their goals. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who take pride in every call they make.

  • Run 4–6 qualified Zoom calls daily to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a high close rate of 10–15% by leveraging strong objection handling skills
  • Revive old leads and self-book additional calls to maximize earning potential
  • Keep accurate CRM notes and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and coaching reviews to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Earning Potential:

  • Base compensation: ₹25,000 / month
  • Commission: 5–10% on collected cash + bonuses for pay-in-full deals and outbound wins
  • No income cap—earn more by closing more deals through strategic planning and execution

Key Qualifications:

  • 1 Year+ experience in high-ticket or consultative sales
  • Fluent English and Hindi; strong on-camera presence and communication skills
  • CRM-savvy, coachable, empathetic, and numbers-driven with a passion for sales
  • Ready for a 40-48 hour work week with flexible scheduling options
