Technical Project Manager with ERP: A Key Role in Offshore ERP Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead offshore ERP projects. A proven track record in managing ERP teams and projects is essential, along with hands-on experience in one or more ERP tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead as Scrum Master/TPM for ERP integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, to guarantee successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, driving timely ERP initiative delivery.
  • Drive effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure team velocity and project health.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team, maintaining transparency and enabling proactive issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders to foster trust and confidence.
  • Identify process improvements and enforce Agile best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage Kronos implementation/support activities (if applicable), aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Report on team velocity, project health, and stakeholder satisfaction, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience, at least 4 years in project management or Scrum Master roles, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), coupled with excellent knowledge of ERP tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices, with a certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, with a focus on streamlining project operations and improving team productivity.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration and driving success in a remote work environment.
