ERP Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation specialist to lead the configuration and deployment of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with our existing business processes and systems.

  • Configure and implement ERP modules in alignment with business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and map them to ERP solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Support integration of ERP with other systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing efforts (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing), identify issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Assist in the change management process and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems in at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP configuration, including purchasing, inventory management, material master data, procurement, and invoice verification processes.
  • Experience with integration of ERP with other modules like SD, FICO, WM, PP, and third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA versions.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems, offer innovative solutions, and configure ERP accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
