SAP Functional Lead - MM/SD
As a SAP functional lead for MM/SD, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of functional consultants in custom developments and configuration activities.
The key responsibilities include:
  1. Overseeing a team of functional consultants in custom developments and configuration activities.
  2. Serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of business requirements and functional design/testing.
  3. Designing and developing solutions for procurement and inventory processes.
  4. Participating in the full-cycle development process, from gathering business requirements to post-implementation support.
  5. Preparing functional specifications and test scripts for development.
  6. Conducting system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  7. Ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, third-party consultants, and customer resources.
  8. Troubleshooting and resolving system bugs and performance issues.
  9. Conducting workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to optimize business processes and improve ROI.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 1-2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Experience of managing a team of functional consultants.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Expertise in SAP MM and SD module configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Experience handling custom developments for complex custom solutions.

Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential for successful cross-functional team collaboration.
