Insurance Presales Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Presales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales and bid management within the IT services industry, preferably in the insurance domain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and understanding requests like RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, crafting strong responses, and creating forward-looking proposals and responses. They will also participate in client calls with the sales team to understand client needs, liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver an effective proposal, and coordinate the bid process.
In addition, the Insurance Presales Specialist will be expected to understand the full scope and potential risks in RFX documents, work closely with technology and solution teams to create tailored solutions, conduct customer research to understand their challenges, and present solutions and value propositions to clients professionally.
We offer a competitive salary package of approximately ₹8 lakhs per annum, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
