Job Title: Process Efficiency Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our end-to-end business operations, driving high-quality service delivery and process excellence.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects across various lines of business, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. As a leader, you will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by setting clear goals, mentoring team members, and driving accountability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a diverse team of 20+ members, including business analysts, process excellence leads, and content developers
  • Designing and implementing operational excellence frameworks tailored to the vertical
  • Leveraging data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs
  • Identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency-driven solutions to improve workflows and service delivery

Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project/program management skills
  • Extensive understanding of mistake-proofing and automation tools
  • Lean Six Sigma GB certified (or BB trained) is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce/internet industry either directly or indirectly as a service provider is a plus
  • People management skills
  • Great communication skills, self-motivated, independent worker, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a diverse team across multiple functions
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
