Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Director to oversee the implementation of quality management systems across our healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quality standards, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality improvement tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality management systems aligned with healthcare regulations.
  • Leading quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce process variability.
  • Analyzing quality metrics and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.
