Business Development Manager

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at OppenheimerFunds Distributor, Inc. in Financial Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, deepen relationships with distributors, and increase market share.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 5-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably mutual fund sales. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build and maintain positive relationships with channel partners, while your analytical mindset will help you identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase sales and deepen relationships with distributors.
- Maintain regular contact with channel partners to sustain and improve relationships.
- Coordinate and lead distributor events, training initiatives, and investor education programs.
- Provide sales support to existing and new relationships, respond to complex customer inquiries.
- Collections market and competitor intelligence on investment strategies, engagement efforts, and talent sharing within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably mutual fund sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for building positive relationships.
