Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers.
- Design and deliver client-focused proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in ERP solution sales, preferably with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- A deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and client pain points.
- The ability to cross-sell RPA, BI, and AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivation and a target-oriented mindset, with the ability to close deals independently.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-10 years of experience in ERP sales, with SAP sales experience being a plus.
- Exposure to RPA/BI sales will be advantageous.
