Job Title: Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior decision-makers.
  • Design and deliver client-focused proposals, demos, and solution presentations.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven experience in ERP solution sales, preferably with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and client pain points.
  • The ability to cross-sell RPA, BI, and AI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivation and a target-oriented mindset, with the ability to close deals independently.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-10 years of experience in ERP sales, with SAP sales experience being a plus.
  • Exposure to RPA/BI sales will be advantageous.
