Job Title:
Sourcing Consultant

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in presales, solutioning, and consulting for large-scale supply chain engagements.

This role requires deep knowledge of sourcing & procurement processes, solution design, and client engagement, with a focus on creating value-driven proposals and leading solution defense discussions.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM (Sourcing & Procurement) engagements.
  • Good understanding of direct and indirect sourcing categories across industries.
  • Experience in outcome-based/gain-share solution models.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.

They will create compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, develop winning value propositions, and articulate supply chain service offerings.

The candidate will present and defend solutions with confidence during client discussions, prepare FTE estimations, location strategies, transformation roadmaps, transition plans, and support SOW creation and contract negotiations.

Represent the organization in analyst interactions to enhance brand value and positioning. Collaborate with other service lines to build integrated value propositions in large, multi-service deals. Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.
