Job Title: Operations Team Lead

Job Description:\

The role of a team lead is to oversee and manage a group of employees within an organization.

This involves coordinating the work of team members, setting goals and objectives, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

As a team lead, you will be responsible for driving client KPIs, managing stakeholders, maintaining attrition and shrinkage of the team, performance management, and handling customer complaints.

You will also be required to fill in for absent employees as needed, act as a role model for all employees, delegate tasks, keep day-to-day activities organized, recruit and interview new hires, supervise employees, provide additional training and coaching as needed, train employees in proper safety procedures, and conflict management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \\[li] Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.[/li]\\[li] In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.[/li]\\[li] Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.[/li]\\[li] Excellent communication and leadership skills.[/li]\\[li] Organizational and time-management skills.[/li]\\[li] Decision-making skills.[/li]\\[li] Graduate in any stream.[/li]\\[li] Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.[/li]\\[li] Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.[/li]\\[li] On-the-job training.[/li]\\[li] Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.[/li]\\[li] Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.[/li]
