Sales Development Representative

Leapswitch Networks Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Account Executive to cultivate business opportunities and develop strategies to target potential clients and customers. Inside sales teams are crucial to an organization's success, as they generate new revenue by securing client referrals, network leads, and providing prospective customers with services and presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales and customer service activities on client accounts
- Communicate effectively with business and technical contacts
- Identify and secure business opportunities
- Create a sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts
- Handle sales requests from clients via phone, email, or on-site
- Maintain existing customer relationships
- Help new customers choose the best plan for their business
- Answer potential client questions and follow-up calls
- Upgrade existing customers to newer plans to meet their requirements
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals
Requirements:
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with new people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand the company with new sales clients and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Indepth understanding of company services and industry position
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Tenacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
- Ability to work independently or as an active team member
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
