Job Title - Sr. Network Engineer

Job Description :

Prioritizing the stability and security of our network is crucial. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network Engineer to join our team and contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of our network infrastructure.

This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols and hands-on experience with network devices and technologies. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the optimal performance and security of our network.

Key Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementing network technologies according to the company's requirements.

- Monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and optimizing configurations for enhanced efficiency.

- Implementing security measures to ensure compliance with security policies and protect against potential threats.

- Collaborating with the IT team to support Cloudflare services and network devices from vendors like Cisco, Citrix, and Fortinet.

- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

- Maintaining accurate network documentation and diagrams to facilitate smooth operations and future expansions.

- Working with other IT professionals to support network-related projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on designing and implementing complex network infrastructures.

- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies, as well as network security concepts and best practices.

- Strong understanding of network security concepts and best practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption methods.

- Hands-on experience with network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers from vendors like Cisco, Citrix, and Fortinet.

- Industry certifications such as CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
