Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to spearhead our Employee Experience initiative. This role will focus on enhancing the employee lifecycle, from induction to early tenure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the employee experience strategy, ensuring seamless onboarding and induction processes.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives to maintain optimal attrition rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve people-related challenges during early tenure.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain strict compliance with organizational policies and the Code of Conduct.
  • Lead employer branding efforts during the induction phase and early employee experience.
  • Analyze metrics and insights through data interpretation and reporting, utilizing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related discipline from a premier institution.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Experience managing Learning & Development, employee lifecycle, and team operations.
