Job Description\

As a key member of the research team, you will play a pivotal role in serving as a liaison between our organization and its clients.

The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with senior account directors to ensure high levels of service to clients while managing team revenue.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Lead project execution responsibilities, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' research problems and needs.
  • Design and localize research instruments, such as screeners, discussion guides, and research stimulus materials, to support project objectives.
  • Train and brief data collection teams on research protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct qualitative research methods, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and ethnographies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and provide timely actionable solutions to data collection teams.
  • Perform qualitative data analysis and present insightful reports to clients.

Client Servicing Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage all communication with clients, ensuring prompt responses and clear expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project life cycle, providing market insights and information.
  • Proactively address client concerns and offer actionable solutions.
  • Accompany clients on field visits, ensuring a smooth experience and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Maintain a supportive team attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, with excellent document preparation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong inter-team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Skilled in deriving qualitative insights and constructing compelling research reports for clients.
  • Willngness to travel extensively across India for project management and client visits.
  • Previous experience servicing international clients is highly desirable.
