Job Title: Business Research Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Proposal Development:
  • Develop research skills, focusing on proposal writing and project management.
Proposal Writing:
  • Draft proposals following project briefs, ensuring study objectives, methodology, and research design elements are incorporated.
  • Prepare research instruments like questionnaires, exploratory notes, and stimulus materials.
Field Work Material Preparation:
  • Design and prepare robust material for field work launches, including brief notes, budgets, and show cards.
Questionnaire Preparation:
  • Learn and apply questionnaire design principles, creating high-quality questionnaires for projects.
  • Digitalize questionnaires with scripting assistance.
Project Management:
  • Understand field work processes and provide comprehensive field briefings after understanding study objectives from seniors.
  • Plan and prioritize project activities according to timelines.
  • Share research study pre-requisites with PM teams.
  • Debrief interviewers and POG teams on studies and questionnaires.
  • Finalize estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects.
  • Launch projects online in necessary software.
  • Prepare analysis plans for simple projects by understanding data analysis, preparing code lists, and analyzing data.
  • Coordinate with Project Management and Field teams.
  • Manage timely quotas.
  • Assist seniors in preparing presentations.
  • Raise invoices and submit to finance department.
Client Management & Client Servicing:
  • Manage clients independently for routine matters and address their queries on ongoing projects.
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Provide error-free insights and deliverables to clients.
  • Develop awareness on categories, brands, or industries related to projects.
  • Generate client satisfaction scores and testimonials.
Time Management:
  • Follow up with support teams according to timelines.
  • Submit client deliverables on time.
  • Manage and multitask project activities.
Collaboration:
  • Work independently with minimal supervision - inter and intra-team collaboration.
New Initiative & New Skills Development:
  • Upskill towards professional and organizational growth.
  • Stay updated on client businesses and categories.
