Senior Research Professional

This key position requires a detail-oriented individual to oversee entity data management, maintain platform administration, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage comprehensive reference data setup across platforms including Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal
  • Execute ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in Dligent Platform as required
  • Support larger-scale data cleanup initiatives in Dligent as directed by enablement stories
Data Integrity & Reconciliation:
  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Implement quality control measures to prevent data inconsistencies
Fund Operations & Structure Management:
  • Execute fund structure setup for alternatives book of business
  • Organize and maintain legal entity documentation for alternative investments
  • Support fund lifecycle management from inception through wind-down
Process Improvement & Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation
  • Lead process reengineering initiatives starting with alternatives business and expanding to non-alternatives operations
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for entity management processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations
  • Experience with alternative investment structures private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc
