Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and updating project documents in our system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintaining and updating construction budget details while assigning inspection orders to field inspectors.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing documentation.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States.
  • Notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in US mortgage documents review process.
