We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review electrical designs, including schematics, layouts, and specifications for high voltage substation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the power, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software, e.g., AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, power distribution, and high voltage systems.
  • Experience with project management and leading engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
