You are subscribed to our push notifications but not currently for jobs like this Would you like to receive notifications for jobs like this as well Notify me of jobs like thisGreat news You are subscribed to receive alerts for jobs similar to this one TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity to work on the permanent roles of a European EPC company headquartered in the Czech Republic as Senior Electrical Engineer The location will be Kolkata in West Bengal Position Senior Electrical EngineerLocation Kolkata IndiaResponsibilities Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from concept through completion ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets Develop and review electrical designs including schematics layouts and specifications for high voltage substation projects Conduct feasibility studies technical evaluations and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical civil and process engineers to ensure integrated project delivery Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and environmental guidelines Participate in client meetings presenting technical solutions and project updates Oversee the commissioning and start-up of new electrical systems ensuring smooth and efficient operation Continuously monitor and improve existing electrical systems to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve reliability Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and implement best practices Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering 10 years of experience in electrical engineering preferably in the power industrial or infrastructure sectors Proficiency in electrical design software e g AutoCAD Revit Strong knowledge of electrical design power distribution and high voltage systems Experience with project management and leading engineering teams Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations e g IEC IEEE Ability to travel to project sites as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced electrical control systems and automation Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency improvements
