Electrical Engineering Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead our team in the design and development of power electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

  6. Oversight of DFX Updates and Engineering Change Notices for Power Electronics
  7. Mentor Team Members on Design Standards for Electrical Engineers
  8. Research New Development Concepts for Power Converters
  9. Identify Cost-Competitive Technological Alternatives for Power Electronics
  10. Validate Design Concepts through Prototyping for Power Electronics Products
  11. Prepare Technical Documentation for Electrical Engineering Projects

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters Degree in Power Electronics or Relevant Field
  • Strong Understanding of Closed-Loop Control and Compensator Design Principles
  • Experience with High-Speed or High-Power Semiconductor Devices for Power Electronics
  • Solid Technical Knowledge and System-Level Design Experience for Power Electronics Products
  • Proven Track Record of Managing Multiple Power Electronics Projects from Start to Finish
  • Experience in EMI Filter Design and Product Qualification/Compliance Testing for Power Electronics
  • Familiarity with Circuit Simulation Tools like SIMULINK for Power Electronics Design
  • Skills in Derating, FMEA, and Reliability Analysis for Power Electronics Products
  • Excellent Circuit Debugging and Troubleshooting Capabilities for Electrical Engineers

  • Strong Knowledge of Component Selection and System Integration for Power Electronics
