Medical Leadership Position

About the Role:

The hospital seeks a seasoned medical professional to oversee its operations, ensuring seamless functioning of clinical departments and maintaining discipline and accountability among staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all medical and administrative operations of the hospital
  • Ensure smooth functioning of clinical departments and maintain discipline and clinical accountability among faculty, doctors, and support staff
  • Monitor patient care standards, emergency services, and efficiency in outpatient and inpatient services
  • Supervise infection control, medical audits, and clinical outcomes reporting
  • Collaborate with departments for adequate staffing, case load, and teaching hospital benchmarks
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Implement hospital policies and procedures, promoting a culture of discipline, ethics, safety, and compassion
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams comprising consultants, residents, nurses, and paramedics
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clinical departments
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Qualification: MBBS, MD, MS in any discipline (preferably Clinical)
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of total experience in clinical hospital services
