We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our healthcare team.
This role requires the ability to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the smooth operation of our facility.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures, as well as strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
A valid nursing license and registration are essential for this position.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide immediate medical attention when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess patients' health conditions and create individualized care plans
- To administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- To monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- To educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- To assist in medical procedures and surgeries
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- To adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid nursing license and registration
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
