Job Title

This is a full-time on-site role for a Distributed Database Expert, located in multiple locations across India.

The Distributed Database Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing distributed database systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural reviews, performance tuning, capacity planning, troubleshooting
  • Providing PoCs, pilots, and production deployments for clients
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of database systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing distributed databases, including in-memory computing, caching, or data grids
  • Skills in database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Go, C++, Python)
  • Experience with cloud-based database solutions and their deployment
  • Prior experience in delivering or supporting mission-critical, high-availability systems in industries such as finance, telecom, or eCommerce
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical support experience
  • Experience with enterprise system architectures and Linux-based environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in database management or related technologies are a plus
