A leading architecture firm is seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical role in its day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing architectural designs that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail throughout the design process
  • Identifying and addressing architectural challenges through creative problem-solving and effective communication

Requirements for the position include:

  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM
  • Excellent design and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of building services and coordination
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure, multitask, and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working at site and knowledge of local bylaws is desirable

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
