BIM Project Manager Role

Our organization seeks an experienced BIM Project Manager to lead our architecture, MEP, and Firefighting projects. This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills, industry knowledge, and excellent communication abilities.

As BIM Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery. Your guidance and mentorship will also be essential in helping project teams adhere to established BIM standards and methodologies.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the field of BIM project management. You must have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage teams, and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 20+ years of experience in BIM project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. They will be well-versed in BIM software, including Revit and AutoCAD, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies. You will need to be able to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to ensure project success.
