Join a dynamic team as we launch our Mumbai studio and establish ourselves as a leading player in the Indian market. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for driving project delivery and ensuring seamless collaboration with global colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as architectural lead on projects, maintaining day-to-day client contact.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery throughout the project duration.
  • Lead design teams and client meetings, producing detailed meeting minutes.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor project design programmes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline), along with 8-12 years of experience in architectural practice. Proficiency in Revit and other design software is essential, while strong knowledge of Indian building codes and zoning regulations is also required.

  • Registered Architect in India.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
