As a specialist in Medical Device Quality Management Systems, you will be responsible for driving quality initiatives across various product lines. This role requires expertise in processes and the ability to organize successful processes at a medical device facility.

You will ensure process compliance through procedures, work instructions, flowcharts, forms, templates, checklists, worksheets, and other documentation. Your experience in establishing Design Quality Control, Assurance, Regulatory Affairs teams & competence development within a regulated industry is essential.

In addition to quality management, you will also focus on engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical & electronics hardware, embedded software, and systems engineering. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, integrate, and document products, systems, or subsystems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing comprehensive procedures and documentation for quality management and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and technologies.
  • Providing technical guidance and oversight for product development and manufacturing.
  • Mentoring engineers and designers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the field of medical devices.
