Research and Development Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing new products and improving existing ones through innovative research and development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Polymer Emulsions Expertise: You will have extensive experience in polymer emulsions, styrene, and acrylics.
  • Synthetic Technology and Polymerization Emulsion: You will have a strong background in synthetic technology and polymerization emulsion.
  • Product Development: You will be responsible for developing new products, conducting customer visits and trials, providing technical services, optimizing costs, modifying processes, improving quality, and developing vendors.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on polymer emulsions and synthetic technology.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
