Job Title: R&D Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new biological products, as well as managing production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site pilot and plant trials for biological wastewater treatment, collaborating with internal teams to optimize results.

  • Assist in laboratory testing and analysis, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

  • Develop and share comprehensive reports on trial outcomes, bio-treatability, and techno-commercial proposals.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of technical data, trial outcomes, and client reports, ensuring seamless communication among teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry).

  • Strong understanding of biological wastewater treatment and product development principles.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
