Lead Design Vision for Retail Consumer Tech

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead the design practice for retail convenience consumer technology in Bangalore.

This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-centered design solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints in the convenience retail sector.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UX/UI design, design systems, interaction design, and user research methodologies. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of designers, researchers, and content professionals.

  • Design Leadership: Define and execute the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals
  • Design Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
