Drive innovation by leading the development and refinement of models for Talent Intelligence projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement model logic, ensuring seamless product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end client delivery and drive product enhancements with equal focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Design and implement model logic, review outputs, and improve data quality in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver analysis-ready spreadsheets and concise summaries to support platform decisions, driving informed business choices.
  • Intake and scope client requirements, frame problems, define timelines, and agree on success measures, fostering open communication.
  • Produce Talent Intelligence estimates across job roles, families, occupations, and skill levels, including cost analysis and related indicators, providing valuable insights.
  • Run QA checks, review with stakeholders, present the analysis, capture feedback, and finalize deliverables, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement model logic, validate model outputs, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills required; SQL or Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Team player with ownership and accountability, positive attitude, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills.
