Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to support our success by:

  1. Designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including large language model (LLM)-based solutions
  2. Translating prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components
  3. Developing and fine-tuning foundation models and LLMs for specific use cases
  4. Training and optimizing numeric machine-learning models
  5. Applying prompt engineering and building agent-based architectures for complex task automation
  6. Integrating models into backend systems and supporting real-time/batch inference services
  7. Working with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI
  8. Staying up-to-date with advances in AI and emerging LLM ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with LLM solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern LLM tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Bonus: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) or orchestration tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
