  • Designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms to address business challenges and improve processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Optimizing and fine-tuning existing AI models to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and performance.
  • Deploying AI solutions into production environments and ensuring their integration with existing systems.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI systems, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.

Your Tasks:

  • Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that can inform AI model development.
  • Developing and implementing machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other AI techniques.
  • Training and validating AI models using diverse datasets to ensure robustness and generalizability.
  • Collaborating with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for AI models.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows.
  • Conducting experiments to test and compare the effectiveness of different AI approaches.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI systems.
  • P Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Researching and staying updated on the latest AI and machine learning technology advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an AI Specialist, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role in AI development.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
