Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are a dynamic and innovative IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation company based in the United States. Our primary focus is on providing strategic IT business solutions and services for intricate business problems in various industry sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our USA team and contribute to our growth through exceptional business development processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities
- Expanding business relationships with existing customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Generating new leads and reaching out to decision-makers
- Maintaining a competitive mindset to drive business growth
The ideal candidate will have a post-graduation degree in Business administration (BBA / BS/ MBA) and/or a degree in engineering with a minimum of 10 years of business development/sales experience in a service/heavy engineering/manufacturing industry. Candidates with US IT consulting industry experience will be preferred.
A strong understanding of sales strategies and effective communication skills are essential. Travel up to 20 days per month is expected to client sites for meetings/conferences and to conduct events/seminars within the USA. Other Benefits include relocating to the U.S. after successfully completing a year at the Mumbai office of Tech Army (performance-based).
We offer a highly competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
