Key Responsibilities

  • Loan Origination System Administration
  • We are seeking a skilled Loan Origination System Administrator to serve as the primary administrator for our Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • This role will involve managing and maintaining input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Collaboration with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams is crucial to enhance system performance and meet regulatory requirements.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and testing system updates, releases, and new features from leading technology providers.
  • Monitoring performance, optimizing workflows, and maintaining detailed documentation of configurations are essential tasks in this role.

Integration Management

  • Supporting and managing integrations with third-party systems, such as loan servicing, document management, and core banking platforms, is critical to ensuring data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Ensuring compliance with banking regulations, internal security policies, and auditing requirements is a top priority.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensuring our Encompass LOS aligns with industry standards and regulations is essential, requiring regular audits and system usage reviews to maintain optimal system performance.
