Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the lubricants market.

About Us

Our company is dedicated to creating innovative solutions for industrial sealing needs. We cater to various client needs by providing applications for gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, rotary shaft seals, and O-rings under one roof.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lubricants market by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets for lubricant products within the assigned territory.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our lubricant products and their applications to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track progress against targets and provide insights into sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business administration.
  • Around 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • In-depth knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
