About Our Initiative

At our organization, we aim to hire a dedicated professional to handle ESG reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong research skills and be able to analyze various ESG standards such as BRSR, GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, and EHS guidelines.

The role involves tracking regulatory and compliance trends in sustainability reporting and assisting in structuring ESG data collection and reporting templates.

A key aspect of this position is developing workflows for GHG emission (Scope 1, 2, 3) accounting.

Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare benchmarking studies and gap assessments, provide feedback on ESG reporting product features, and support the preparation of client-facing documentation and case studies.

This role requires collaboration with product teams to test and validate ESG data workflows and documenting summaries, presentations, and insights on ESG frameworks.

It also entails supporting internal knowledge base creation for sustainability compliance.

Our ideal candidate has a Master's or bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

They should have familiarity with ESG reporting standards (BRSR, GRI, CDP) and GHG Protocol.

Bonus points if they have basic knowledge of EHS management frameworks.

Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace, and exposure to ESG software tools is a plus.

Most importantly, they should be passionate about sustainability, climate action, and ESG compliance.
