Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to oversee the management of our offshore teams. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring that our teams meet performance standards and align their work with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our offshore teams, ensuring they meet their job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Facilitate communication and cross-functional collaboration between our offshore teams and onshore teams, including engineering, IT, and business units.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of our offshore teams, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Ensure that our offshore teams are adequately staffed and resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage relationships with offshore vendors, ensuring contracts are adhered to and the quality of work meets our standards.
  • Generate and present regular reports on the performance and progress of our offshore teams to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for our offshore teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team, experience handling a team size of 5-10.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Bachelor's in computer science, IT, or related field.
