Job Title

Lead a team of engineers and operations staff, responsible for the smooth running of Accounting and Finance platforms.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires experience in people management and technical delivery. The successful candidate will oversee project deliverables, operational commitments, and ensure the team follows established engineering and operational best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational practices, including incident, problem, and change management. They must also possess solid communication and organizational skills to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers and operations staff, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
  • Ensure project deliverables and operational commitments are met on time, with high quality and compliance.
  • Oversee the smooth running of Accounting and Finance platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs for availability, reliability, and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
  • Assign work across the team, balancing project and operational demands.
Required Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7-10 years of experience in technology roles, with 2–3 years in people management of engineering or operations teams.
  • Experience managing delivery of technical projects or supporting mission-critical systems.
