Cloud HCM Technical Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, possessing in-depth knowledge and technical expertise within the Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL modules.

This position involves providing production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc. The successful candidate will also interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support project experience – understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
• Interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Lead ERP implementation projects with at least 4+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional in two or more modules: Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in Core HR, OTL, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
• Resolve production tickets, patch testing, Change requests, requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
• Collaborate with Oracle customer, CSI partner and developer base for technical analysts to have 3-4 hours of overlap with the Client's Oracle Team (US Time Zone).
• Manage System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management.
• Perform unit testing, staging test scenarios, and document test results for high-level functionality.
• Develop runbooks for all technical objects, analyze and resolve technical queries during ticket resolution by providing functional guidance to technical team.

Key Skills:

• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodology, good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, ability to learn new technologies.
• Strong end-to-end experience in at least couple of HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding, Learning.
• Willingness to work on challenging production support projects, efficient and effective communication skills, ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussion.
• Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model, Fast Formula creation and maintenance, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.
• Knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances, HCM Extract, OTBI, Analysis Dashboard.
• Experience in Transformation formula and automating the inbound loads into HCM using HDL, Sysadmin activities, code deployment process and quality assurance.
• Ability to extend Cloud through personalization layer, excellent communication skills, willingness to work late nights IST on need basis.
