Technical Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud

This role focuses on implementing, upgrading, and maintaining technical components of the Oracle HCM Cloud solution. You will work on delivering critical technical projects while collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Technical Components: Develop and implement technical components for HCM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • HCM Extracts Development: Create HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Report Design: Design reports using BI Publisher and perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Fast Formula Development: Develop fast formulas to streamline business processes.
  • Functional Understanding: Ensure a functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR.
  • Redwood Framework: Understand Redwood framework and Journey configuration.
  • Page Personalizations: Perform page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Integration Development: Develop integrations using REST APIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Certifications: HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
