Oracle HCM Technical Specialist

We seek a seasoned Oracle HCM technical specialist to lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

An ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical modules, implementation expertise, hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas, strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills, and a willingness to travel onsite as needed. Key skills required include knowledge of Oracle HCM features, ability to design and implement technical solutions, and excellent problem-solving skills.
